Tendwell is committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services to every client. Specific service commitments, performance standards, and any applicable guarantees are outlined in the individual service agreement between Tendwell and each client.

Cleaning services are scheduled based on reservation calendars provided by the client. Cancellations, changes, or rush requests are subject to the terms in the service agreement. Repeated last-minute changes or cancellations may result in additional fees.

Pricing is set forth in the service agreement or quote provided to the client. Payment terms, including invoice timing and accepted methods, are outlined in that agreement. Late payments may result in pausing of services until the account is current.

Tendwell will perform all services with reasonable care and in accordance with industry standards. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tendwell's liability for any claim arising from the services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific clean in question. Tendwell is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Tendwell is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items left by guests. Any claims of damage or loss must be reported in writing within 48 hours of the completed clean.

The client is responsible for providing Tendwell with safe and reliable access to the property, including accurate codes, keys, or entry instructions. Tendwell is not liable for delays or missed cleans caused by inaccurate or unavailable access.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tendwell, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claim, damage, loss, or expense arising from your use of the website or violation of these Terms of Service.

Tendwell may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute arising from these terms or the use of Tendwell services will be resolved in the courts of Sevier County, Tennessee.
